Sacred Memory Wines are all bottled on Good Friday. Good Friday is the commemoration of our Lord's death. This day is the day we remember the actual letting of His blood for us. As such, there is hardly a better day to bottle the symbol that we use to represent His blood in the Sacrament of Communion.
