"Candi" 2005 Cabernet Dessert Wine

"Candi" is a sweet wine named after my first born, my daughter Candice. It was bottled on Passover 2007 to acknowledge the significant tie of Passover and the first born. While the label reads Dessert Wine it is from the same fields and handled like our other wines. Many traditional churches prefer sweet wines for the Altar to give the Lord's Table a "sweet" flavor. "Candi" comes in 375 ML bottles like most dessert wines. This size may lend itself people using smaller amounts. "Candi" is a very small production of only 89 cases.
