Incense in the scriptures represents the prayers of the saints. We acquire incense from the Monks of Mount Athos Monasteries in Greece. We feel that using incense prepared by sequestered monks who have given their lives to prayer and fellowship with God is the finest representation of the sprit of intercession. As the incense is burned, it flows through the fields and goes up to heaven symbolizing our prayers over the fields. We invite various Christian clergy to bless the fields and make intercession for everyone that will drink the wine from the grapes of these fields. As the incense burns out, prayers of thanksgiving, comfort, relationship and blessing are offered for all who partake of the field. Incense reminds us to pray and that our prayers are sweet in the ears of the Lord.
