Sacred Memory Wines are our attempt to honor our Lord with the same heart as Solomon. When Solomon built and dedicated the temple, he was extravagant. He sacrificed to the Lord 20,000 oxen and 120,000 sheep in the dedication ceremony alone. In similar spirit, we honor the Lord in producing the best Altar wines possible. Sacred Memory Wines are our way of expressing our passion for His Passion. Some churches would define the best product for the altar as one that is the most economical. Others would say that the best is the most convenient. Still others say it should not be wine but juice. Sacred Memory winery exists to create highly intentional premium altar wines and juice for those who believe that even "the finest" is not good enough to be the representation of our Lord's blood.
