"Reflect " 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

Mill Road Orchard vineyard designate 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. All wild yeast fermentation, aged 16 months in French oak barrels, bottled Good Friday 2004. This wine is dry with no residual sugar. It expresses ripe fruit flavors, mild acid structure and firm tannins. This wine has the advantage of time on its side. It has aged for years already and is continuing to soften up nicely.
