"Reminisce" 2005 Syrah/Cabernet

"Reminisce" is or flagship wine. It is 100% Mill Road Orchard vineyard designate. It is a blend of 55% Syrah and 45% Cabernet. There is also a small amount of wild or grafted white grapes in it. We include the few white grapes we find in the field so we have three colors of the liturgical calendar represented in the grape colors. This is a sturdy wine some find similar to European style. Reminisce was aged 16 months in American and French oak barrels. It expresses lush bright fruit with a light barrel finish.
